I'm both a love geek, and a framework geek -- that is, I geek out on how to utilize frameworks to support love. And I'm not talking superficial, cotton-candy love, I'm talking the love that creates worlds, moves mountians, and expresses in the unique beauty of life itself.

Frameworks I dance with: Integral Theory, Living Systems Theory, Personal Energy, Montessori Education, Gabor Mate's work on connection, Peter Levine's work on trauma and moving through trauma, Kellie LaRue's work on values, place-based knowing, co-empowerment, the Nurtured Heart Approach, Alignment/the Law of Attraction (LOA), the de-colonized mind, and much more.

My ethnicity and upbringing is Irish Catholic, and I use the work of the Race Traitor movement (treason to whiteness is loyalty to humanity), social justice, and fierce love to inform my action.

With love as the center of my work, and life, I tend to care how things really are, on a deeper level (vs. how they look on the surface).

I know that we are each unique, and that we are all one, at the same time.
