This is an ecosystem because it's a healthy living system of options, engaging interdependently. It is Integral because it supports developmentally appropriate environments that honor learners as whole beings.
Instead of heirarchy, there is holarchy. Instead of command and control, there is empowerment, partnership, and interdependence.
